We move “Back to Basics” with our fresh, hand-made cakes for your
special occasion. Our cakes are never from a cake mix nor frozen. They are
made from scratch with only the freshest ingredients!! For the icing, we use
Italian Meringue ButterCream. Our frosting is made from sugar, egg whites
and fresh creamy butter producing a taste as smooth as silk. We Do Not
make a butter cream icing with powered sugar and vegetable shortening,
forming a texture of half grit and half grease. Not what you want on a
wedding cake or any cake for that matter. Only Italian Meringue
ButterCream touches our hand-made fresh cakes,which melt in your
mouth and are as smooth as silk – a taste of heaven in every bite!!
